My mom made 2 Log Cabin quilts from a class she took. I love this quilt and kept it hanging on the wall of on the wall in our nursery for years. Over time it faded. It was a sunny room and I have heard that 'reds' fade.

The fading is rather nice because the different fabrics faded differently, and the two reds are an interesting contrast. It makes the diagonal stronger. I never saw a Log Cabin quilt that I didn't like. Veronica
